– Suggested dose is 1 cap/day
– 60 caps equals a 60 day supply

As with all supplements, be sure to familiarize yourself with contraindications and monitor for adverse side effects. I have used astaxanthin for some time and have found some benefit. Do your own research using trustworthy sources and consult with a qualified practitioner if in doubt about usage.
While it may pay to compare, this is a good product, one worth shortlisting. Recommended accordingly!

When I learned about all of the things this supplement can help with, I had to try it.
I’m thrilled to know it’s 3rd party tested so I can trust I am getting exactly what it says on the label and without impurities. I’m very familiar with the isura testing that gives me the confidence to know there are no toxins or impurities in my supplement.
I’m also a fan of supplements that are once a day as this one is. And I prefer capsules since they are easier for me to swallow. These are small capsules and they have a very mild, slight ocean scent.
The other benefit with these capsules is they aren’t filled with hard to digest fillers. There’s just gelatin, glycerine, water and flax oil in addition to the active ingredient.
This is one of those supplements that has so many listed benefits and is such a good antioxidant that it’s one of my main supplements now. I’m taking it mostly for eye health but a friend recommended it during a 75 Hard challenge for muscle recovery which is another added benefit.
I started with this dose with intentions of using a stronger dose when this one is finished. But starting here is perfect. This is a two month supply and a supplement that’s worth it for me to continue taking for a few months and then cycling off for a bit and back on again later. This one is worth experimenting with to see the benefits for yourself.
