As a massage therapist, cross-friction massage is often recommended to help heal injuries and prevent scar adhesions during the healing process. Foam rollers, tennis balls and lacrosse balls are great to help with myofascial release, aka tension and knots that most people get whether you work out or not. This massage gun is great to help with those issues and comes equipped with 5 different heads to work different areas of your body. You can also adjust the speed, from a light 1 to an intense 20. As an example, the large head on high speed would be great to work the hamstring muscles cross-wise (very commonly pulled) to the fork head on a low speed to work the soft tissue on the Achilles heel.

I’m usually not one to go ga-ga over packaging (usually give a nod to the thank you for your purchase and other promotional material which goes straight into the recycling bin), but the tool kit that comes with it is highly practical to keep everything in place, plus it has a handle which makes it portable. The large thank you on the warranty and how-to-use the gun information card was instantly noticed. The warranty is standard 1 year, suitable for equipment of this price range.

You’ll love the ease of this massage gun, and yes it is surprisingly quiet. My friend was skeptical (and not keen on the “high” price), but he changed his mind when he tried it on his tight groin muscle and neck muscles and felt his muscles more relaxed after just a few minutes of use. The higher price is indicative of a quality massager, and this is what you will get if you decide to get one for yourself.

So far this product is really good. The calf head (U-Shape) one is really good for the calf but it has little teeth on the U-Shape and I guess maybe I pressed to hard and it cut up my husbands calf. But I’m sure that is user fault!
It seems every year we have to buy a new one cause my husband likes deep tissue massages on his legs and I press really hard with these machines so we will see how long this one lasts.
But so far the weight is good on it and it has different modes you can use along with a lot of different heads for different areas of the body.

This Wattne W2 massage gun has been a total game changer for my recovery after workouts. The first thing I noticed is how solid and high-quality it feels — not heavy in a bad way, but sturdy and really well made. It feels like something you would find at a professional gym or clinic.

The 20 speed levels give you so much control. I usually start on a lower setting to warm up and then move up to higher speeds if I have a really tight spot that needs extra work. It’s powerful enough to get deep into the muscles but still smooth, not rough or uncomfortable.

One thing that really surprised me was how quiet it is. Even on the higher settings, you can barely hear it. I can use it while watching TV without turning the volume way up, which is a huge bonus compared to other massage guns that sound like a power drill.

The battery life is awesome too. I use it for about 10–15 minutes a day, and I only need to recharge it once a week. The cordless design makes it super easy to use anywhere — I’ve even thrown it in my gym bag a few times for after workouts.

It comes with different massage heads too, and they’re really easy to switch out depending on which muscle group I’m working on.

I have several autoimmune disorders, neuropathy and I herniated disc in my back. I have been in physical therapy since November 2020. This is the first time someone in PT has ever used one of these devices on me and I have found immense relief with it. My therapist suggested that with my chronic issues it would be beneficial for me to get one of these for at home when I can’t get in to see him. It was the best suggestion he could have made for me. I checked out quite a few different designs and finally decided on this one. I LOVE IT. It has been so good for my muscles, especially in my biceps, hips and feet. I haven’t been able to use it on my back yet because I would need someone to help me with that and I haven’t really had someone available for that. It is super quiet for the most part. It does get a little louder at times but nothing too disruptive. I’m still trying to figure out all the controls but I’ve been able to find what works for me and leave it there for now. I will figure the rest out as I go. The instructions are pretty clear but once I found what worked I just left it. I also love that there are different tips for different issues. The battery lasts a good while and I love that the battery doesn’t need to be removed to charge it. I just plug it in and let it charge. I have been super pleased with it and am grateful to have found something that works so well for me.
