The gate swings open smoothly for easy access, and cleanup is simple since the mat wipes down quickly after messy play sessions.
That said, assembly took about 30 minutes following the instructions, which could be clearer with pictures, and the large footprint eats up floor space in smaller living areas, making it better suited for open-concept homes rather than tight apartments. Overall, it delivers reliable safety and room to grow for busy parents, though the setup time is worth noting for anyone short on patience.
