Was asked adamantly by my 9yo taking this to review them and give them 100 stars. 9yo approx 65 lbs takes 2. Within 45ish min she is asking to go to bed. She likes the taste and states she feels well rested with no grogginess in the morning. We don’t need to remind her as she likes taking them and the way they help her.
Much different from the days of lying awake for a good hour or two after in bed.

Been taking these for over a year and they work great! If you’re really tired take only 1 if your just tired take 2. Some nights you are so exhausted don’t take any. The best part about these is they help shut your brain off from thinking if you know what I mean. Anywhere from 10min-20min I usually fall asleep. I wake up feeling pretty good and refreshed. Also these taste great! I highly recommend them.
