Wow I love this strain of magnesium….I usually purchase the standard least expensive magnesium but deceived to do research on the strains that would suit my direct needs – this is more than my 3.99 magnesium oxide purely laxative doesn’t absorb into the body but soo worth it, I have greater mental clarity, sleep better, feel calmer, better digestive health and elimination and better focus. A more premium option for magnesium, I found that this was easy to consume and did not create any stomach problems. Unlike some brands there is no major cuts around using the magnesium oxide form.
I find that my sleep and muscles feel great after consuming this at night. Sometimes I take two pills and I sleep like a baby! I wake up the next day feeling very refreshed.

But thistime its terrible in size and taste I feel extra powder around the capsule . capsule quality is also questionable it looks like somebody made these capsule at home!!!
