Scary sharp, I am SO happy with these! I’ve been needing a new knife set for a long time, I am so glad I found these! My first time using them, I was butterflying some raw chicken breasts and the knife sliced through the raw meat like butter so effortlessly. I also bake sourdough for my family and have struggled to find a good bread knife. My search is over, the bread knife slices through my homemade bread like it’s nothing. They are beautifully made. I used the shears to cut a spine out of a whole chicken last night and had no issues at all they were super strong and cut right through the bone.

This knife block and set of knives are fantastic. The block is well-crafted and visually appealing, and the built-in knife sharpener is a great convenience since I don’t have to carry extra sharpening tools. All the knives arrived sharp, and they feel comfortable and well-balanced in my hand.

The knives are very sleek and professional looking. They do their cutting jobs extremely well. I love the black look. I’ve since taken my other duplicate knives and donated elsewhere.
