I was looking for some warm gloves for my son to keep him cozy during Canadian winters. Unsure of what to expect, I took a chance with these gloves. I’m thrilled I did because he absolutely loves them, and he’s one tough critic. They provide excellent warmth and durability, and they’re a really good bang for your buck. I initially ordered size L and they were too big for him. I then ordered size M, which allowed me to compare both sizes.
I’ve added photos of my son’s hand size compared to the M gloves.
From the outside, they look almost identical. On the inside, you can feel a slight difference – the L does leave a bit more room for the fingers, though the difference isn’t significant.
For a 9 year old, I’d recommend getting the M. For a 10 year old, I’d go with the L.
