This works as well as our last one. I loved the color. I will say there are 2 cons: it doesn’t go smaller than 8 oz, and it doesn’t have a strong option.
I really like the way it takes up a small space on my counter. It’s nice to have it come foward far enough lifting the handle to put in a Kcup doesn’t hit the cabinet, all the while taking up less space in my kitchen. The water tank is nice and easily refilled.
We are happy with this machine.

I take one star off because when the descaling light comes on, you might as well get a piece of duct tape to cover it. Because no matter how much descaling, cleaning, etc you do, it’s never going off again.

My Keurig coffee machine arrived this morning and it most definitely does work in the UK, although it does have an American plug on it. If the previous UK poster had read the information further down, they would have noticed that it states that it works on 110 volts, which means it will have an American plug on it.
The day before, I purchased a step-down transformer from Amazon. The Keurig is 1200 watts, so I purchased a 2000 watt transformer. I plugged it all in and made some coffee and it worked perfectly. It is a great little machine that works in the UK.

Bought this six months ago. I use filtered water only. The Descale light came on so I bought $20 descale solution and followed the instructions. Descale light still flashing. Repeated the process. Light still flashing and that is after running over 40 12 cups, turning off unit, unplugging unit all for 30 mins. Still flashing. Checked YouTube and followed three suggestion of holding two buttons down. Did that 3 times. Then again unplugged unit. Light still flashing. This unit cost me $180 with taxes I was at my wits end. The descale light was still lit but the on/off button was not so the water was not heating. Continued to drain the 12 cup to empty the unit, then Decided to move unit to another location and continue the process Unplugged and moved it and that seemed to do the trick. The on/off light came on and the descale light came off. Unit has been working fine since. I’m glad I had the patience to keep trying but I shouldn’t have to. Manufacturer should include the two button process and that you need several attempts before unit resets and starts functioning properly.

After doing extensive research on mini kuerigs, I finally decided to settle on this model. I’ve used it for a few weeks now, and it’s caused no issues. My coffee is very hot and tastes evenly flavorful with every brew. If you make one cup every day, there is enough water to last about 4-5 days. It’s a good size, feels sturdy, and not cheap. Absolutely love the red color and I’m so happy I got this.

I bought this to replace a 10+ year old Keurig. I don’t use kcups, I only used it for hot water. Usually one cup a day. I turned it on one morning and pushed the brew button. A little water came out, then there was an electrical burning smell (no smoke) and that was that. Unit would no longer power on. I called Keurig for warranty, I have a feeling that this is a common issue since it was the basic “unplug it, plug it back in” and then off to the warranty replacement claim. I hope the next one lasts longer.
When it worked it doesn’t get the water boiling hot, but I prefer it that way since I like to drink as fast as possible, I don’t have time to let it cool down. The slim design was a bonus, too.

I bought this Jan. 2024. Just a month after the 1 yr warranty, my Keurig won’t start. I actually have only used this for less than a month since I bought it. I got laid off and had plenty of time so this was put on storage in the basement until life got busy again and I finally remembered I have this. So, I took it out and unfortunately, when I powered it on, it turned on for a couple of seconds but turned back off right away then wouldn’t turn on again. The long time in storage has probably affected it or something because it literally looks brand new, very clean and I haven’t even removed some of the tapes it came with yet.
I called Keurig customer service looking for a way to have it fixed. After some troubleshooting and unit remained unresponsive, the representative offered to put in a request to have my issue reviewed for a possible replacement. After a few days, I heard back from the company via email requesting for proof of purchase which I then submitted. A few days after, a replacement unit was on its way.
It was a smooth correspondence, and despite my initial disappointment from the broken unit, the company was quick to respond and they stood by their warranty.
I appreciate Keurig’s assistance and I’m hoping this time, I can use this longer.

I have been using Keurig machines since they were invented. I like this model because it is skinny and doesn’t take up to much room on the counter. It has 3 cup size options although the 8 oz setting is for the perfect cup of coffee. It holds enough water in the reservoir for quite a few cups so you don’t have to refill often. The cleaning cycle will flash when it is time for cleaning the machine. The only drawback is turning on the cleaning cycle isn’t very intuitive and usually requires the manual to see the sequence of button presses required. Other than that the machine works well and is extremely fast to warm the water and dispense.
