I am very new to the Keto lifestyle change. I was having a hard time finding fast meals and with 5 children not much time in the mornings for myself. This really has helped me, as soon as I substituted this in the mornings I’ve been getting positive ketosis sticks so yes I do find it is doing what it should in that area.
Secondly this has no sugar added and it’s not sweet at all. I only put mine in water and it does take a little time to dissolve completely. I like the one idea of putting it in your coffee sounds like it may make it taste like a mocha. I use a whisk and stir it for a good 3/5 minutes vigorously.
As like other people state, you do not get a whole lot for your $$$ I’ve had mine for a week and I maybe have two days left maybe three. Yes you will need to keep buying weekly if you chose this brand. I am only buying again until I find a similar brad that has similar nutrition values as I am very impressed with how this has helped me while being on the Keto lifestyle change.
Would be very nice if the company could make their containers a little more fuller or just downsize as it would save some space.

Yeah marketing thinks it helps sell, but eventually a customer will open it and say huh, why empty.
Make the container smaller save plastic and it fill it up 3/4 full.

I bought to make homemade protein balls. And they were amazing… I made them in June and July. I put the powder away in kitchen cupboard and was going to make protein shakes and more protein balls this morning and it was all lumpy and smelled bad. So I now have to toss it and I hadn’t even used 1/2 of the container. Super Disappointing:(
