Pros: I recently upgraded my pc and I have to say for the price the product is amazing but the customer service is truly the biggest purchase. I had an issue with my computer and within 45 minutes of emailing customer support the issue was resolved! Hats off to Ipason I will definetly use you in the future. Pros: The computer is functional for what we need for a computer and good for the price. It is mostly what I expected at this price point. It works well with the SSD and graphics card, which was a much needed upgrade from our laptop. Cons: However, one of the reasons we went with this computer over a different one was the Asus motherboard in the description section. It stated it was an ASUS B560M-P but come with a Gigabyte B450M, which is a less capable and cheaper motherboard. Overall Review: I would not recommend based off the false advertising of the motherboard. I would have chosen a different computer or built my own had I known.

Pros: Easy to put together

Very very fast shipping. Cons: Didnt come with instructions on how to put the graphics card in, but you can find a video on YouTube that shows exactly how. Was just a little confusing at first.
Tracking pretty much didnt exist. Overall Review: So, my computer ended up at my neighbors house. No one was made to sign for it and according to my tracking number it hadnt even been shipped yet. So, Im lucky I have really nice neighbors or I would have never gotten it.
Other than that, everything was pretty good.

Overall Review: Things seem to be in working order so far. Had no issues with Windows since it was already installed. Plugged it up and it was ready to go. Easy peasy. Highly recommend to anyone searching for their first gaming PC, or anyone wanting an affordable gaming PC they can easily build onto later, which is what I plan to do. Overall, very happy with this purchase. I’ll update if anything changes.

Pros: The computer arrived very quickly, plugged in, and started working as advertised right out of the box! I have had it for about an hour, but in that time I have been very happy with the speed of the processing and the installation speed. Pros: Paired with the GPU from my old machine and I have a great gaming PC for relatively cheap!
Came with 1x 16gb ram, making it cheap to upgrade to 32gb ram.
