I’ve been taking this for a week, and I will say that I do feel more energetic. I’ve read much about the benefits and I will continue to take it. But I can’t understand why the dosage is in micrograms (125 per drop), but the bottle and the dropper is in milliliters. Why do I have to look up conversions? I highly recommend watching the YT video with Dr. Ken Berry interviewing Dr. David Brownstein. VERY informative. I will take more than the 2 drops for day, that’s for sure.

I used these drops with the hope that my energy levels would boost, and it helps! As a student, I get a lot of zoom fatigue (it’s real trust me) and a massive headache after spending all day looking at a screen. When it’s time to study, I’m already tired and burnt out. I’ve been taking these drops for the past 11 days I believe and it kicks in within 30 minutes for me. I feel more awake and am able to focus on my schoolwork.
I’ve also noticed that the amount of food I’ve been eating has lessened into normal portions, which is a really good thing because I had been overeating. I’m not sure it’s these drops, but it’s the only thing I’ve really changed/added into my lifestyle recently.
I was also afraid that the drops wouldn’t be tasteless, but they actually are! The size of the bottle and the fact that you only need two drops means that these will last for a REALLY long time. I’d recommend you buy the drops and try them out yourself!

Very expensive for actual iodine amount you are getting. I bought some with 640 mcg per drop at my grocery store for $14.99. This stuff is only 250 mcg. The doctors who recommend taking iodine say take 25 mg! That means over 200 drops of this one per day. And only 40 of mine from the grocery store. I feel very ripped off. Too bad I had already opened the bottle before figuring this out or I would have returned.

I like that there is no flavor or discomforting feel to it, almost like a drop of water . I just started the drops and so far I’m fine . No side effects noted and so far I tolerate it well. I stopped taking high doses of vitamin b12 to help with fatigue so I’m waiting to see if I notice that this vitamin takes the place .
