Coming from a Razer Nari I bought during the COVID lockdown, I was leery about getting a new headset. Reviews are all over the map for headsets so it was hard to settle on something. I saw some remarks about this item here and there among others and they were generally positive for my budget and purpose. Wouldn’t say they’d be ideal for audiophiles but those folks likely know what they’re after anyway.

I honestly do like using these and have been very pleased with my purchase so far. I listen to music, watch videos, chat on discord, and play games. The sound is fine and it doesn’t have the weird little problems my Nari had. I like the detachable mic, good if I just wanna have headphones without a prong sticking in front of my face. Don’t like retractable mics because they tend to be self-damaging.
Nice lightweight metal frame, seems sturdy. Also despite how small it is they fit around my ears just fine and whats more (and this was my biggest worry after some bad headsets in the past) they don’t crush or hurt my ears even after several hours.
Seems to boast long battery life. I’ve only put it on charge twice since I got it, mostly just a maintenance habit really. And the wireless range is pretty solid. I can go all the way to the opposite corner of my house to grab something and I’ll still have connection.

I haven’t had any disconnection or audio issues so far, and there otherwise haven’t been any minor or major problems in my use of the headset. I suppose my only complaint (super minor) is the wireless dongle blinking when it’s on standby I guess? Imo it really doesn’t need to be doing that but eh, it’s not a big deal.

Seems good quality and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a decent replacement for some old beater headset they’re looking to bin. I absolutely did not want another Razer product and my other two previous headset brands from way back no longer exist at all! Was a bit of a leap of faith getting this little guy and I’m totally satisfied. If my current one were lost or damaged beyond repair I would consider just grabbing another. Good stuff.

Non credevo nella magia fino a che ho provato queste cuffie. Esagerazioni a parte questa è stata una scommessa per me. Non avevo mai speso una cifra del genere per delle cuffie da gaming ed ero un pò timoroso di aver buttato dei soldi. Non l’ho fatto. Le hyperx cloud alpha wireless sono incredibili. Ottimi materiali e costruzione: se le tratti con un minimo di attenzione ti dureranno anni. I copri orecchie sono grandi e comodissimi, così come la banda superiore. Non ho mai usato cuffie per lunghi periodi di tempo prima, ma dopo ore con queste addosso non ho avuto nessun problema. Anche dal punto di vista del sonoro solo ottime cose: I suoni sono ottimi sulle alte e medie frequenze e i bassi sono un pochino meno entusiasmanti fermandosi ad un buono . Il suono spaziale viene riprodotto bene con solo una zona un pò morta dietro a chi ascolta ma niente di eccessivo. Ottima la distanza di trasmissione con le prime perdite di suono a circa 15 metri con 1 parete in mezzo. Appena prese avevano un fastidioso problema di interruzione del suono per circa 1 secondo ogni tanto ma con l’ultimo aggiornamento del firmware è stato risolto. Non uso mai il microfono personalmente ma nella prova che ho fatto non era entusiasmante. si sente tutto ma ovattato. Infine la parte che sembra veramente magia: la batteria. Io non so esattamente con che demone abbiano fatto un patto ma ne è valsa la pena. La carica sembra essere inesauribile. Per passare da 80% al 70% ci ho messo una settimana con sessioni giornaliere medie di 4 ore: quindi intorno alle 28 ore. PER USARE IL 10% DI CARICA. Questo vuol dire circa 280 ore per una carica completa. Non dico altro.

If you, as I, love the Alphas then you’re going to love these. The sound is a bit different, more bass heavy and a bit more treble.
The microphone is not the greatest but why would you care really? Everyone I’ve played with thought it sounded fine.
I’ve used it now for almost a month, every day, both for work and gaming. At 58% battery level. Who can compete with that? No one, that’s who.

I’ve only had this headset for a couple of days, but so far, I’m really impressed. The comfort level is excellent, especially around the ears — the padding feels soft and breathable, making it ideal for long sessions whether you’re gaming, working, or just listening to music.

The microphone quality is also a standout feature. It delivers clear voice pickup without distortion, which is great for calls or online meetings. I’ve tested it in a few scenarios and it’s performed reliably every time.

I picked this up during Prime Day at a great price, and honestly, it feels like I got more than I paid for. The build seems solid, and the overall design is sleek and functional.

Of course, it’s still early to judge long-term durability, but based on my first impressions, this headset is a fantastic value. If you’re looking for something comfortable, with a good mic and solid performance out of the box, this is definitely worth considering.

EXCELLENT Headset!
I’ve tried Razer, Logitech, Steel, Sennheiser, 56k Modems, and even my Grandma’s old rotary phone for comparison sometimes!
This headset is the best wireless I’ve heard in years, and don’t ask me how I know, I’m just a regular everyday normal guy.

Pros:
-Excellent bass for wireless headphones/headset!
-Great noise cancellation, I can’t hear my roommates doing things for once!
-Mic is modular, so you can replace it, if you sit on it one night by accident
-Battery life is still going, Energizer bunny needs to Collab a business meeting
-Mic comes with a built in sneeze guard/voice muffle sock

Cons:
-Charge cord could be a bit longer
-Almost ripped my mic sock, don’t be rough with it.

Literally that’s it, great headset!
