I started taking this product once per day as part of a recommended immune boosting protocol. I have asthma and noticed that the Quercetin was giving me relief from some of my asthma symptoms., but that the relief only lasted half a day. So I checked the dosage on the bottle…it said I could take two capsules per day…so I started taking one every 12 hours. I’m pleased to report that I am coughing less, the reduction in Ventolin is quite noticeable, I’m sleeping better and that distracted/anxious feeling you get when your breathing isn’t right and nothing seems to help…is all but gone. I’ve only been doing the double dose for a week…but I must say, so far, I am impressed.

I wrote a detailed review about why I am using this supplement and how I have noticed a difference (I have) but it was declined. So look up what benefits this supplement is supposed to be for and I can tell you I have definitely noticed a difference in a number of areas.

Questo integratore di quercetina è una bomba. Avevo un’infiammazione fastidiosa alla prostata, niente di grave ma che mi dava noia. Dopo averlo provato, i sintomi sono praticamente spariti: bruciore quasi azzerato. Inoltre, mentre lo prendevo mi sentivo pieno di energie e più lucido del normale.
I risultati migliori li ho avuti raddoppiando il dosaggio consigliato e abbinandolo con un buon integratore di bromelina. Potete trovare vari studi sulla sinergia tra duesti due composti per migliorare il quadro sintomatologico di un vasto ventaglio di disturbi infiammatori.

Nelle foto si può avere un riferimento della grandezza della capsula, non è esagerata e non trovo difficoltà nell’assunzione.
Ho ritenuto necessario fare una recensione perché l’offerta di 120 capsule ad un prezzo di 12€ circa, sia interessante, di solito il prezzo di integratori a base quercetina è nettamente più alto.
Ogni capsula contiene 500mg di quercetina, una quantità non trascurabile, che consiglio di assumere al pasto principale, magari con un po’ di vitamina C, questo perché l’acido ascorbico e i grassi contenuti nel cibo aumentano assorbimento della quercetina, che altrimenti andrebbe persa, purtroppo la quercetina è di difficile assorbimento, ha bisogno di essere aiutata.
L’efficacia è molto soggettiva, l’assorbimento è molto variabile, da 0% al 50%, per questo deve essere stimolata dal pasto.
Personalmente la ritengo un buon antinfiammatorio per l’intestino, per le allergie non posso esprimermi.
