I do like the Orange Cream flavor overall. However, I often mix this with blended fruit, powdered greens, and BCAA powder and it’s better on it’s own. Some flavors lend themselves to being combined with other flavors, but this is best either on it’s own or with light fruit only.

It’s good quality protein and mixes easily without much foaminess. I like that it doesn’t use sugar or too many ingredients. Not sure how to measure the protein quality but it seems good for pre and post-workout, or just meal replacement in a pinch. Overall thing Ghost makes very quality product, just not sure this is my favorite flavor overall, though it’s certainly not bad by any means.

As others have said, this is a nice change from the milk-based drinks, which is why I wanted to give it a try. I got the Strawberry Watermelon flavor. The flavor itself is really good; however, it is SUPER sweet! I mixed it with about 22 ounces of water instead of the recommended amount, and it was still really sweet. Moving forward, I’ll just make two beverages out of one scoop for a total of 32 ounces. I will still get 25g of protein, and as a bonus, it will help me consume more water. It mixes in well. Tiny bit clumpy, but after letting it “rest” for a couple of minutes, it dissolved nicely.

I was looking to take a break from
The regular chocolate vanilla whey protein products. This would meet my sweet craving while getting the protein needed throughout my day. It taste really good! It taste like juice. I used a milk brother to mix my drink and then added ice. It was perfection. I usually never buy ghost products hut will definitely buy another flavor come close to the end of the supply.
