We use these every week with our 1.5 and 3.5yr olds. They both can build and play with them and they have withheld the child stomping and throwing. Seem to be durable enough. The magnets have held up well and nothing has broken or fallen apart.
Colors are great on light boards and if you have a kid that likes to make big or tall things, there are enough tiles in this set to do the job for one kid.
The only thing is there aren’t enough pieces to do all of the designs in the book which frustrated my older son. Good investment and worth the hype in my opinion. Will likely buy another set to expand our building tile collection and so that both kids can make big towers at once.

In my opinion this set is not large enough to build a lot of the examples in the included booklet.
It would also be nice if it came with a storage bag.
