I got the chocolate mix. Taste is actually good, lots of powder/per shake… lots of powder per scoop too! The scoop is huge.
I have only been using this for 4 days now and it has made me very gassy, about 3 hours after ingestion. Hoping my body gets used to it, and affects me less in that aspect.

Update: it is now April 2025. I have been using this (2 scoops) after working out or before bed.
I have been adding in scoops of creatine & glutamine since I use a reduced serving.
4 scoops seems a little intense & can be expensive.
2 orders back i got a container and it smelled & tasted really weird. I used it anyways.
The last container I ordered was like normal.
I have a high metabolism and could not get my weight up past 165lbs. This helped me reach 190 lbs. I actually have to take a break from the mass gainer (2 scoops chocolate is sooo delicious mixed with chocolate silk + the creatine & glutamine)
I will be trying out this companies protein powder also now.

I use this product to gain weight and even though I’ve only been using it for a short period of time it has helped some what. I buy vanilla which I really like. The thing I’m not impressed about is that they recommend 4 full scoops per serving. Using that much per serving even with a 10lb container it will not last long. I can’t see how going by there instructions this 10lb container would even last me a month.

I have sons who are very very low bmi, and in an attempt to get enough calories into them, we purchased this to help in days where they just can’t eat enough. We don’t do the full 4 huge scoops in the 3-4 cups milk as the suggested serving, but we add 1 scoop and 1 cup of milk with ice to a blender

I am not new to protein powder btw…I have bought many brands over the years..but this one had a vicious chemical smell..the smell is strong enough that natural instincts say do not consume….I dont know whats going on in the facility in China that this came from…but it shouldint have anything to do with consumables….I chucked the whole container.

Great product, it took me some time to give it a review, because I didn’t take the time, satisfied customers are less finger triggered to write reviews. It taste great, it mixes well. I use milk and the shaker cup I don’t follow the instructions of the indicated ratios I take 3 scoops and put my milk first a little bit more milk than powder shake it, voila! It tastes great like a milshake, you feel good, I could easily drink 4 of theses every day. With the low price of 80$ I was hesitant but I gave it a try and I’m happy, the proteins that I usually purchase are at 125-140$ cad sometimes. Great buy.
