This chair is a standout. Assembly was quick, and the sleek grey PU leather adds a modern touch to my workspace. It’s incredibly comfortable — the thick seat cushion and high back offer great support, even during long workdays. The lumbar support actually works, and the adjustable height and tilt make it easy to stay comfortable. It rolls smoothly and feels solid, easily handling its 400 lbs capacity. One of the best upgrades I’ve made to my home office.

This is likely the best quality office chair you can get for this price. The assembly instructions are clear and simple, screws and other small bits are packaged well and labelled clearly. Build quality is solid, not a single problem with any screw or thread. The arm rests can be adjusted outwards or inwards by about an inch, depending on how you screw them in (see last picture). Sitting in the chair is quite comfortable. The back rest is tall enough for me (6’1″) to completely lay back with the foot rest, the included lumbar pillow makes for a good head pillow when reclined, and the fabric material is soft, plush, and easy to clean. I could easily sleep in this chair.

As a few others have mentioned, the company is often willing to send out replacement rubber wheels and a shorter piston at no extra cost. If you’re under 5’7″ the chair might be a little tall to sit with your feet comfortably on the ground. I’d recommend requesting the shorter piston if that applies to you. Also take into consideration that the rubber wheels are larger than the included wheels, so you might want to request the smaller piston alongside them.

Amazingly comfortable chair with such a reasonable price. Great quality and exactly as described and in the pictures. The instructions are great and easy to put together. I love the footrest to enable me to move positions though out the day and put my feet up and sit crossed legged. I requested a shorter cylinder (I am 5’5) which they replaced with no problems and shipped super fast. I did put different aftermarket wheels on because I have hardwood floors and prefer the soft rubber version to not scratch the floors but the wheels that came with it are the standard wheels you would normally get.

Very sturdy construction, easy assembly, and a very comfortable seat cushion. I also like the footrest and reclining features.

Honnêtement, je trouve cette chaise incroyable. Elle est extrêmement confortable et donne vraiment l’impression d’être assis sur un trône plutôt que sur une simple chaise. Le soutien est excellent, surtout pour le dos, et la taille est parfaite pour les personnes grandes ou costaudes.

La qualité de fabrication est impressionnante les matériaux sont solides, le cuir est beau et durable, et l’ensemble fait très haut de gamme. On sent vraiment que c’est un produit qui vaut son prix. Personnellement, j’ai l’impression d’en avoir eu beaucoup pour mon argent.

Le seul petit point négatif que je peux mentionner concerne les instructions de montage. La pièce qui va sous la chaise n’est pas très claire je l’ai accidentellement installée à l’envers au début. Heureusement, une fois corrigé, tout était parfait.

Mis à part ce détail, je suis très satisfait de mon achat et je recommande fortement cette chaise à toute personne qui cherche confor.
