I purchased two of the Premium models for a total bathroom remodel in two bathrooms. I got this particular model because it has all the features I wanted. It works great. One thing that caused a slight problem was that these use a max 13.3 amps of electricity. So make sure you have a big enough circuit breaker. I had to do some creative rewiring to get them on a different circuit in the house because they would make my LED ceiling lights flicker in the bathroom. The only complaint I have is when after a flush, the water valve shuts off extremely harsh making a very loud hammer sound. I wish these had a soft slow close water valve.

This toilet is amazing. The features are space age. Seat and lid and flush are all controlled by a motion sensor that you simply pass your foot in front of. The lighted bowl is nice during the night so you don’t need to turn on the lights, which always makes it more difficult for me to get back to sleep. The flush is powerful and the remote control allows you to adjust the air and bidet temperatures. Plus there’s a wall mount for the remote so you never have to worry about hunting it down. My contractor seemed to have no problems hooking it up and it only took him a couple hours. You will need an electrical outlet close by, or install one, which is what I had to do. It’s very sleek and good looking and fits in well with my newly remodeled bathroom. My only regret is that I didn’t wait a couple weeks to purchase it since I see there’s now a $210 coupon for a price reduction. I’ve only had it installed for a couple days and if problems arise I’ll update this review, but for now I’m very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a real modernistic upgrade to their bathroom.

It’s a great value if you have a round toilet and wanted to upgrade to a nice bidet. I would like it better if someone would explain how to turn the light off? Also whoever said this thing is easy to install is full of sheet. You will have to replace your existing flange with one that is flat or flush with floor. Get the metal one that is flat and use flexel caulk under the flange install.

Great bidet. Esthetically pleasing. Not bad for installation. I used a different valve I bought from Amazon even though it comes with the wax because I think the more modern valve/flanges are better with less chances of problems.

Just to let you know , my problem gor resolve really professionally with your customer service , the product which was dropped from the truck at my house , got fully reimbursed. It never flush properly from the start and got damaged at delivery. Everything else is a charm , good look and plenty of features that were great . I’ll buy another one soon ☺️

Nice finishing and seems to work well. However, the installation specs were too vague causing a lot of unnecessary frustration and concern. In specific, the water supply to the toilet needs to be at least 6″ tall to accommodate the units water filter and braided hose. Otherwise, you get a nasty bend in the hose which could cause a break or restrict water flow. Also, if you have just remodeled yoir washroom with new hard tiles, you will need to buy longer mounting bolts as the ones provided are going to be at least 2″ too short.

I got it installed a week ago and it has been great. Installation was fairly easy. The features work really well. Never had a cleaner bum hole.
In addition, a few weeks after we purchased it, it went on sale for $190 less than we paid. We contacted the seller and they promptly issued a refund for the difference in price. We are very impressed.

We’ve only had it for a week but so far so good. Much better than just a bidet seat in my opinion. Less bulky. The flush on this toilet is very good. It covers the whole bowl swirling everywhere. Everything is automatic. The cover opens when I approach it and after doing my business and using the bidet, the toilet flushes by itself when I stand up and the cover closes soon after while a blue light comes on to sanitize. The instructions are in relatively bad English but understandable. My husband managed to install it with some ease so a plumber isn’t absolutely necessary. Toilet is all porcelain which seems very sturdy and also quite heavy (100 pounds). It has every function the more expensive toilets have for a lot less money. Great buy as far as I’m concerned. I’ll update if something changes with time.

UPDATE! I have to give credit where credit is due. the Deer Valley customer service is excellent. They did everything possible to fix the problem. In the meantime, I never did review the toilet, it’s an amazing product, nothing beats a heated seat and it quiet, efficient and the bidet works great. I would recommend this product and company.
I’m extremely upset that the toilet I ordered is not 100% hands free as stated in the description. The lid does not automatically open and close but the description states it does. I contacted Deer Valley and they won’t do anything. They said I can return the item and order the model that does have this function. That is a very expensive option to have a plumber uninstall and reinstall the toilet plus tying up another $1000 because I would need to order new toilet and have it so both jobs can be completed on same service call, then do return. I have severe psoriasis on my hands and now this experience toilet does not allow me the option of not having to wash my hands every trip to washroom. So angry and disappointed. Do better Deer Valley!
