I notice a big difference in the quality of my skin if I don’t apply this before bed. Just like Frownies, it kinda holds the skin taut overnight so you wake up with smoothed out forehead lines, but this gives you the added benefit of hydration so you wake up with plumper looking skin. TBH if you only do one single thing to improve the appearance of your complexion I would recommend an overnight mask like this on top of a great moisturizer or glazing milk.
