These coffee maker cleaning tablets from ACTIVE work really well and feel like a quality product. The tablets are individually wrapped, easy to use, and the instructions are clear for both single-serve and multi-cup machines.
it’s reassuring to know they’re designed to descale, deodorise, and refresh. A box of 24 is excellent value.
I also liked the packaging and the small handwritten note included — a nice personal touch.
Overall, an effective, well-presented product that does exactly what it promises and is easy and quick to fit into regular coffee machine maintenance.

I recently put the Active Coffee Machine Cleaner & Descaler Tablets through their paces in my De’Longhi bean-to-cup machine, and I’m pleased to report they did exactly what any good descaler should do — quietly, efficiently, and without drama.
The tablets dissolved cleanly, the descaling process ran smoothly, and the machine emerged limescale-free and feeling rather smug about itself. No strange residues, no lingering chemical aftertaste, no sense that I’d accidentally pressure-washed the soul out of my coffee maker.
Most importantly, once the process was complete, my coffee tasted like… coffee. Not citrus, not chemistry, not “industrial cleanliness with notes of regret” — just proper, familiar coffee. Which, when you think about it, is the highest compliment you can pay a cleaning product.
Impressive, quick, strong, easy to use, effective, and refreshingly uneventful. These tablets do their job well, then politely step aside and let the coffee take centre stage. Exactly as it should be.

Much more practical and easier to use to clean my Braun drip machine, as only 4 oz. is needed, along with a full carafe of water, nstead of pouring a full pot of vinegar.
So far, only used it once. Seemed to be effective. I still need to continue using the product, to be certain.
