I love these little freeze dried gems! The size is a savings in comparison to the usual 6gram bottles or jars sold in stores.
Chives are part the onion family but they do not taste like green onions or shallots. The flavor is more mild, and they are wonderful on baked potatoes, or I add them to soup and to omelets and scrambled eggs or anything like egg salad sandwiches etc, etc.
