We ordered this product for the half bathroom on the main floor due to more usages. I just got it installed in about 40min. The majority of the time was spent on removing of the old one. This smart toilet arrived with everything I needed and was quietly easy to be installed. Although it didn’t need any teflon tapes on the threads, I do recommend it for easy tightening and more securing from any water leaking. My wife has a back pain problem. This smart toilet really makes her life easy and comfortable. She really likes the simple opening and closing features of the seat and lid with a simple foot kick. Needless to say, the bidet feature is amazing and very useful for everyone. Without doubt, I am very impressed about the flush. The flush is so powerful that I would not be bothered about the weaken flushing from the old conventional one and any clogging messy issues. I also found the usage of water in each flush was noticeably less than before as nowadays the sewage cost is quite inexpensive. The heated warm seat really makes a difference in the winter season, which indeed makes my wife happier. The colors and sleek design also make it a beautiful match to my bathroom. I have no complaints but am pleased with this smart product I ordered.

This was my first time using a smart toilet, and I have to say, I absolutely loved it. 🥰 Installing it went much smoother than I expected. We first wired the circuit to the wall, then my husband and his friend helped carry the toilet, which is a bit heavy. 🚽 The instructions were detailed, and all the accessories were included. The installation process was incredibly smooth. We first removed the old toilet, installed the smart toilet, and finally glued it in place around the edges, plugged it in, and started it up. After the installation was complete, I was amazed at how practical it was. It’s fully automatic, with a heated seat and adjustable water temperature, perfect for the colder months. The front and back flush modes were also a pleasant surprise. I also loved the automatic flush and foot sensor; they made it feel incredibly “smart.” It’s stylish and looks upscale, and it even comes with a remote control.
