I don’t think I could be happier with this toilet. It’s a great unity of form and function. Functionally, I had an old toilet with a Bidet kit. The toilet was too small and with the Bidet it led to a persistent problem keeping it clean (I’ll leave it at that ;-). The Canest is night and day different- beautiful and stays very clean on its own. I also like the remote.
I installed it myself. I was an electrician so installing an outlet close to the toilet was easy and easier while the toilet was not in the way. The toilet is quite heavy – very much a 2 person job to place it. Instructions were clear and everything fit as per spec (although I dropped one of the nuts down the plumbing (not going after that) but that’s on me.
One word of caution. the flex water hose is prone to kinking and it’s important to think about the direction of the water spigot so the hose isn’t likely to kink. I didn’t do that and I’ll admit it was a bit hard to visualize proper orientation in my head.
Finally, I wouldn’t say the flush is “quiet” but it’s not like those airport toilets that give you the impression they’re flush their contents to another concourse (or universe). I think it’s quite reasonable and it helps keep the toilet clean.
The toilet is very comfortable (especially if you’re not used a butt warmer – oh yeah). Great product. Great value for the money.

Update: Plumber was able to jiggle wires to get sensor operable. Now the flushing pressure is gone.

Contacted customer service rep which appears to be someone’s personal phone again, she asked for the serial number, order number (which they already had) and a video of the toilet NOT working. That was the end of the communication. They have ceased to respond to my calls, email messages and texts. VERY upset. From all likelihood I have been ripped off.

Just purchased, had it professionally installed. Everything works but the foot sensor. I call the customer support number. Two numbers listed, no answer at either. This is odd at 1pm in the afternoon. Sent email listed in manual, waiting for reply. Hopefully some simple tweek. Manual is very minimal.

Water pressure is not that greatest. Overall a good product. You can control temperature for the seat, water and air. The automatic flushing is also good but even at maximum water pressure setting, it falls short of other products I have used.

I bought this as a gift for myself and am absolutely delighted with the product and the experience with Canest Home. Had a minor issue after installing the toilet with the automatic flushing system flushing randomly with no one near it. I received prompt, courteous and thorough feedback from the customer service team. Communication was excellent, and they sent a replacement part and a clear instructional video for installation of the new part. Everything works perfectly now and I couldn’t be happier. Excellent product, fantastic service and a very happy bathroom experience. 😁 Highly recommend this company and this smart toilet.
