These are absolutely delicious and so handy for those on the go! I put these in my desk at work, in my purse when I’m heading out and don’t know when I’ll get a chance to stop and eat. When I’m not feeling hungry these absolutely do the trick to fill you up. The flavor tastes like real chicken broth.

I get it probably does what it says on the box, but I have tired many other bone broth products and this one tastes the worst. You can have good tasting bone broth it doesn’t need to taste like ground ginger dirt. So just my opinion don’t buy this if you care about taste…. or buy it if you hate yourself, its up to you.

Love having this as a quick option to get 10g of protein. It takes a bit of stirring in hot water to fully dissolve (but that’s ok). Taste wise — Honestly, it’s a bit rough without any fixings … So, I usually make mine added lemon (lemon juice or a slice of lemon is even better) AND an add a dash of lemon pepper seasoning …. That makes it really GREAT tasting.
I also tried adding it to other soups that are a bit lower in Protein … so far it works out ok too.
