This order was from a subscription order. It still hasn’t arrived and it’s been close to one month and it’s coming from the same metropolitan city. I’ve order two more bags separately and they both came in before this item. Can’t seem to get a refund since there is no item to refund ( it’s saying) and trying to figure out cancelation/ return is very confusing on site. Initial reason for delivery delay was winter storm, which is the same area that I am in. Still not has been delivered since then even though the weather has been fine. My credit card shows a charge, but the item is no where in site. Where is my order? Food is good though, and my dogs like it, but they will eat anything. If you look at the ingredients list it looks pretty healthy in my opinion.

The product seems good, doggy seems to like it. Amazon dropped the ball, asked for the food to be shipped in Amazon packaging to protect the food but seems like the warehouse employees don’t care. Also covered the best before date with the shipping label. Amazon needs to do better.

There was obviously some missing. This isn’t safe to feed to my dog at all. Even on sale this is costly food and to not be able to use it is very frustrating. Better off going to a pet store and paying full price. At least I get the full amount and it’s safely stored.

My dog likes it a lot. Better than the stuff you get at the grocery store. It’s got healthy ingredients and no animal byproducts. It’s also really crunchy which sounds like it’s cleaning her teeth. You can hear the crunch in my video. It’s mixed it with wet food in the video.
