I have used many protein powders in past but this was my first no sugar no flavor whey and I am actually liking this the most. This does not lump at all and tastes like diluted milk with water or as if I put just a tea spoon of milk powder in water. It does not have any other thing added like flavor or unnecessary artificial sweetener like stevia etc. From now on I will only buy unflavored unsweetened whey.

The only whey I’ve ever drank that doesn’t hurt my stomach. I enjoy drinking the Chocolate flavour with just water but the Vanilla flavour, I found repulsive to drink on its own (although it’s not bad when added to oats or yogurt so will use it up that way but won’t repurchase). I will continue to repurchase the Chocolate flavour!

Also doesn’t mix easily with water or milk, have to use the blender every time.

Might be pricier per g than some but there’s big reasons why & you’ll need to use a LOT less of it to get muscle and weight loss gains. Number one being the processing – it’s as unaltered complete protein chains as you’re gonna get.

Finally found my holy grail protein powder! This is actually as little flavour as you could get from whey. It tastes of almost nothing mixed straight with water – extremely mild milky taste, none of the sour or burned cream flavour that a lot of other unflavoured whey protein isolates have. I think this speaks volumes to the actual quality of the filtration and processing and unlike others claim this is truly what it says it is – properly cold processed etc.

The granules are light and airy, not sticky at all until wet. No clumping. It really does dissolve 99% with just stirring with a spoon so a shaker isn’t even needed unless you’re adding other powders or mix ins.

Dissolves completely in yogurt after leaving for a minute after stirring.

Stirs into iced coffee no problem without adding any extra richness or overbearing cream flavour.

It has so little flavour it can actually be mixed with fruit flavours and electrolytes and not turn it into a “milkshake” – stays fruity. I tried this with no sugar added kool aid powder and it only had the slightest milkiness to it, almost imperceptible. I imagine it even goes well with juice or sports drinks if you don’t mind the sugar which is a big deal because it’s impossible to find clear whey without added sweeteners and flavours.

I absolutely love how I can mix this with whatever I want, no sweeteners, any flavours I can dream up outside of the usual boring chocolate, vanilla, ultra sweet dessert flavours out there.

It likely would mix with broth or stock too if you want a savoury flavour but just be aware adding it to hot drinks or cooking breaks down the amino acid chains and defeats the purpose of cold process expensive whey like this.

It’s also extremely fresh, especially considering Amazon warehousing – my container had a production date of May (it’s August) and an expiry date 3 years away.
