The delivery was fast too. I ordered it last night and it arrived today.
Was so excited to adjust the links. I was very surprised at how easy to remove the links. Many comments said that it was very hard and complicated and some brought it to a professional, but I’m telling you, it’s very easy to adjust. Just look at the instructions. There are photos in it and you don’t need to even read the instructions. I just used the tool according to the photos. Unscrew the links by turning the screw counterclockwise while using the handbase holder. When tightening the links, just use your hands to hold it together and screw it back by turning the screw clockwise.

The watch itself is beautiful. If you have small arms or a small wrist, the watch is very dainty and complements small wrists. It reminds me of princess Diana’s watch and the gold is the perfect shade.
HOWEVER, resizing this took me a solid 2 hours. The resizing kit included is absolutely useless but a must because of how long this watch is. You get two screwdrivers to remove the links and a plate to keep the watch in place. Only ONE of two screwdrivers even fits the screws.
I tried shaving down the other screwdrivers tip to make it thinner but it wouldn’t work. Then I used a flat needle to hold the other end of the screw in place while using the sole screwdriver that worked and that was a waste of time. I finally managed to find another screwdriver to help and eventually adjusted all the links. I still need to remove two more links but gave up and will eventually take it into a shop.
This is NOT user error and is actually a huge flaw on part of the company. I always have to adjust my watches upon receiving them and can never just pop em on out of box but this was incredibly frustrating and if I knew the hassle it would be to fix this I’d never buy it in the first place.

Perfect gold watch to add a feminine touch. I wanted to stack it with my diamond tennis bracelet and Cartier bracelet but it’s so nice on its own. You will have to remove some links if you want it to fit snuggly on your wrist but YouTube the brand name and there is an instructional video that’s very clear. The whole process should take less than 10 minutes. I think the other comment saying it took 2 hours is them trying to deter you from buying it because it’s that nice and they are trying to gatekeep lol. I wear this everyday and it just elevates every outfit.

Love the watch, beautiful! I bought it a month ago and wear it almost every day. However, one of the screws came loose and the watch fell apart. It is fixable but i lost the screw so I can’t put it back together. I wish this watch came with extra screws in case one fell out.
