Just arrived today. Quality is good enough. However, I want to mount the bar to the underside of my upper cabinets. There are two different sets of hooks included in the package. Unfortunately, neither of the hook types are useful. The smaller hook style clips onto the bar strongly. When mounting the bar as I desire the smaller hook would stick out perpendicular to what would be necessary (hanging downward). The second hook type is big enough to hook onto the bar, but it does not fit tightly (unlike the smaller hooks) and will easily just fall off the bar.
Am I missing something? Surely some thought should have been put into this and I’m not the first person to encounter this issue.
Perhaps there is supposed to be a third type of hook in the box? There certainly should be.
I sent this message to the Bergander service and await a response.
Other than returning the entire set to Amazon, what is the solution for this dilemma that I face?

That spatula ughhh I like a wide scoopy one. But the rest is great so far. I’m hard on my tools so we’ll see how long they last. Not a big fan of the plastic measuring spoons and cups either.
