Worked great for 3-1/2 months.

I had a lot of electrical noise between my Arturia Rack Brute 6U and my usb audio interface. The Arturia Rack was the only synth giving me this issue. The Arturia Minibrute by itself was fine.
So I replaced the Rack Brute power cable with this one to give this a try. To my fascination the stock cable of the Rack Brute was indeed the issue. I have absolutely no electrical noise anymore!

I was pleased at the quality of this power cord adapter. I bought it to charge my Monster Bluetooth speaker and it works great as you can see in the photos. It has all the different tips for whatever you may need it for. Its versatile, easy to use, and comes in a small box. I would recommend this product.

Used this to replace the power supply on my older Ooma Telo VoIP phone box. It worked without problems. I would buy again.
Good things:
– everything came as described
– came preset to 5V so no need to adjust the voltage for my use
– has a velcro cable tie strap for one side
– includes a detailed user manual
Issues:
– The connectors get quite long when assembled (over 2″). It means that the connectors and cord are hanging out quite a way now. Not sure if the extra weight will cause problems in the long run. I’ve got space, but in some cases the extra length might cause a problem. It might have been nice to have an elbow connector.
– The user manual is quite detailed, but for some reason doesn’t reference the letters stamped on the adaptors. Some of the connectors look quite similar, so it would have been helpful for the user manual to include the letters.

Unlike the smaller Belker adjustable wall warts, which do have a coil whine under zero load (ouch), this bigger 45W brick is dead silent. It also has a higher voltage ceiling. Buy two, these are super effective and can also work with right-angle adapters if you have some of those (it’s the most common barrel jack, 5.5 x 2.1). The terminal connector is super handy for bench electronics use and general hack work. I use these for electronic music instruments and have tested the output settings, this is top quality.

Upon receiving this adapter I measured all of the voltages with a multimeter and all were what was stated on the adapter. Haven’t tried all of the tips yet but the ones that I used worked flawlessly. Really appreciate that I now have an adapter that will be able to power almost everything.
Would have been nice if it came with a polarity reversing cable but if I need one they are available for order.
