This is my second time purchasing a pack of these labels. They really do work well. I use them on containers mostly, and the most effective method for me has been to wipe the area down with rubbing alcohol first. The labels stick very well and have held for over a year now. The reason I’m buying a new pack is because I have new containers to label now!
Tip: an ink pen or Sharpie pen is the best for writing on your label in my opinion, and regardless of what you write with LET IT DRY FIRST before sealing it with the laminate cover. It’ll smudge otherwise and your seal won’t be as strong.
And don’t wash for at least 24 hours!
Mary –
I have used these for years on my kids containers and water bottles for school. They work well and rarely come off even with the daily handwashing. Not sure about dishwasher as I only handwashing my plastic containers and water bottles. Easy to write names on and apply to whatever item you want. Also, have only lost one container at school in 5 years so maybe really does help to have names on lunch containers.

Bought to use on items for daycare. Doesn’t stick well to all surfaces and didn’t want to stick to a sippy cup that went from a narrow bottom to a wide mouth. Always creased and never stayed stuck on. The surfaces it did stick to though are working out well. Still using the same label weeks later on a travelling bottle that gets hand washed.
