Great budget board with 2.5gb network adapter. Runs perfect for my sons AMD 5700x3d build. Came pre-installed with BIOS version 1.2 so an update was required for the 5700x3d. Very happy with the purchase so far.

It’s a good board, had some good features included, but would need a few more to get 5 stars from me. I would give it 4.5 if I could.
Where it lacks slightly is its VRMs, not so much in it’s capacity (8+2), but that the +2 (which is often used more by an APU) lacks any sort of heatsink or cooling aid. The only other feature that would be nice to see is an external BIOS flashing utility, so that the BIOS could be flashed without the need to install a supported CPU.
That said, this motherboard has lots of external USB expansion, great internal USB expansion, a zippy 2.5G integrated NIC, an open-ended PCIe x1 slot, and overall typical PCIe/M.2 expansion for the chipset.
The BIOS is okay, but not as intuitively laid out as the Asus or MSI BIOS that I have come to prefer.

「ASRock B550 Steel Legend」同様 最近流行りの「前面パネル側にUSB 3.2 Gen2 (Type-C)端子有り」「DrMOS電源CPU回路モデル」が「ASRock B550 PG Riptide」ってことで選びました。
Amazon販売から2022年5月購入で、工場出荷BIOS Ver1.20 でしたが、2022年5月最新のRYZEN 7 5700X でも立ち上がりOSインストール前にBIOS Ver1.40にアップデートしました。
数日使っていますがWindows11が安定動作しているので満足してます。
