Open box (NOT NEW!), tape was removed. Nail marks near where the tape is supposed to be. This was either a refurbished product or a returned product. Unacceptable.

Easy install, easy config, and no problems experienced with the supported CPU’s. Board with built in Wifi and Bluetooth, that fits in some really small cases. This was used to upgrade an really old computer in a really unusual case, and it worked exactly as I had hoped. I’m very happy with this product

So I bought an ITX case on a whim years ago, and been looking for a cheaper small board to fit. It’s a wonder you can get such a size with Wi-Fi and not really losing essential functionality. Pared with a spare RTX 2O60 and Ryzen 5600, it’s now my media center PC hooked up to my living room TV, and fulfil the decent 1080p 60fps gaming requirements. Together with an NVME drive and 32 GB RAM, it’s rock stable and really fuss-free. Joy to build a system with this.
