These are really good toilet brushes. Bought two a couple of years ago and now all our bathrooms have these brushes. They do an excellent job on toilets. Moreover, the container discretely adhere to the wall. It doesn’t gather toilet water the way other brushes do. Mounted on the wall instead of the floor makes it easier to clean the bathrooms, and helps keep the area around the toilet clean.

I have been using these for about a month now. I wanted to replace my old “bristle” style toilet bowl brushes with something better. The old ones gross me out how they turn colour and smell over time, and it’s nasty to clean out the holders for them. So far I’m impressed with these silicone ones. I like how compact they are to fit easily near the toilet, and they look sleek enough to not be an eyesore. I have not used the wall mount as they work fine just sitting on the floor next to the toilet in my bathrooms, but it’s nice to have the option of mounting them. As for effectiveness, I find that you need to put a little more elbow grease into cleaning stains as compared to the old style bristle brushes since the silicone isn’t as abrasive. It has taken a few times using them to get used to how different they are. Most stains are easily removed, but tougher stains take more work then the traditional brushes. I like how they don’t harbour bacteria though and air dry in the stand between uses. It seems much more hygienic. They have held up well so far in terms of durability.

I really wanted to love this — the minimalist look, the flexible silicone bristles, the idea of a more hygienic brush. But honestly, this ended up being one of the worst cleaning tools I’ve ever bought, and I threw it out after only a few weeks.

The biggest issue is that it doesn’t actually clean. Instead of brushing off anything, the silicone just smears it around. It felt like using a kitchen spatula instead of a brush. Anything that it actually lifted off the bowl just clung to the silicone tips, and even dunking it in the water didn’t rinse it off properly, it was very hard to clean. I ended up scrubbing longer than with a cheap traditional brush — which defeats the whole purpose.

The bristles also didn’t hold up. I didn’t push hard at all, but one of the silicone nubs tore off almost immediately. And after sitting in its holder, the whole brush dried out strangely fast and became brittle. When I removed it from the stand, it started ripping and tearing everywhere. That was the moment I gave up and replaced it.

The included wall-mount tape was another disaster. It looked great the first day, but when I removed it, it ripped off not only the paint but a chunk of drywall. Definitely not “damage-free.”

I liked the aesthetic, but the performance was the opposite — messy, ineffective, and short-lived. Anything would work better than this, including the old-school brush I ended up going back to.

Love it that it can be mounted on the wall and dries quickly. Easy to clean the toilet with and appears to be more hygienic than regular brushes. Highly recommended.

Easy to assemble and works well. I like the idea of this type of brush as it is less mess and much cleaner than the usual toilet brush. I got the 2 pack and I am very pleased.
