The capsules are a good size and texture, so they are easy to swallow.

I love Ashwaganda, it has been life changing for me. I have been on it for a while and I ran out. I was back to feeling very low and doom and gloomy again. So I decided to go get more, but the store ran out of my usual brand so I thought I would give this brand a try. It has truly made a huge difference in my mood and ability to cope. I am so happy with this product. ( However you have to be very careful if you are on pharmaceutical or other supplements. There can be interactions. Talk to a pharmacist who knows about herbal supplements as well to check for interactions.) That being said I finally feel more focused and more capable. I am back to happy again.
