I am making a gift basket of food as a Christmas gift and bought bags of this to add to it. My vegan daughter buys this so I expect it’s a healthier version of popcorn than a lot of other brands. But it’s (what I consider to be) very expensive in local stores, like $5 or $6. Right now on Amazon it’s $3.69, a deal I appreciate. I make popcorn at home in my air popper, and it costs a few cents per serving, so I’m familiar with the actual cost. And I use organic popcorn too, but it’s still a heck of a lot cheaper than bags of popcorn.

Anyway, the flavour of this brand is a little too bland for me. Maybe that’s because they’re trying for a “healthier” mix, meaning less salt and less sugar, but it’s too much “less” for me. It’s bland and just not very tasty. I’m talking about the Sweet & Salty version.

Also, there are a lot of broken pieces at the bottom third of the bag that I consider inedible. It’s broken bits and corn husks, which can get stuck in the teeth and are just not any fun to eat. Every bag seems to have a lot of broken corn, kernels and husks. When I’m paying that much for a bag of popcorn I want it all to be edible.

I am grateful for this great price here on Amazon, but I won’t buy it again for myself. If my girls like it, I would buy it for them, but only at this low(er) price.

I love this popcorn. It’s my go-to “healthier” snack to replace chips.
Great taste and always fresh. I love to add seasoning for extra flavor.

It’s pricey, so I’m disappointed it’s no longer available for subscription.
That said, if Amazon brings it back, they should avoid shipping it with heavy items as the kernels get crushed which make it less enjoyable to eat.

I expected it to not have much taste to it but it was completely the opposite!
It was sweet, salty and I couldn’t get enough of it! I regretted only ordering 2 but now I know better!
