Picking your first protein can be challenging since lots of proteins have more sugars, fats, and carbs than we expect. But this one having no added sugar, and very little fat/carbs per scoop makes it the more optimal choice, especially if your goal is weight loss.

The flavor is amazing, I bought the peanut butter chocolate kind, and mixed with some unsweetened almond milk it tastes very much like a Caramilk flavored Chocolate Milk.

My only gripe is the amount, it looked like about 25% was missing from the 5 pound size, but that seems to be the nature with most supplements these days.
