This isn’t a DJI, GoPro, or an Insta360.

It’s a reasonable starter action camera for those on a budget or to give to a 7 year old who wants an action camera to film their life moments while not giving the parent a heart attack when they lose it or damage it.

The video is acceptable for its price point and will be no means blow the socks off of pixel peepers. Neither will its EIS stabilization equate to buttery smooth video like cameras $350-$500 more than it.

What it will do though is definitely capture video without breaking the bank and will allow you to collect the memories and save them to watch later.

It’s small and compact, comes with a reasonable assortment of accessories, and can be charged with the battery in the case.

Time will tell how well it holds up to the abuse my kid will put it through, but so far she loves it and I know that my cameras will remain safe from her clutchs for now.

Smartphone pairing was excellent once I figured out how to turn the Wifi on in camera.
Came with 2 high capacity batteries and a dual charger. Multiple camera attachments…ill never use them all…lol. I like the front screen and rear touch screen. Menu to turn on Wi-Fi is a bit hidden and not intuitive…for me. Good value.

Everything arrived as per description, set is easy, all accessories work great. I’ve been using the camera for skiing and biking with my son. Allows us to enjoy the ride together and capture some wonderful memories.

Excellent little camera and just took it snorkelling for the first time. The video pictures had great clarity and lighting.
Challenges were the remote is not waterproof…and with camera on a selfie stick to get closer to the reef, it was difficult.
First trip under at about 6′ (2 metres) down for 45 minutes, there were a couple of water droplets inside the case from using the top button all ofthe time. Second trip under, same amount of time and depth of water…we put the remote in a dry bag/case and switch to still photos. This is when no pictures ended up on the card, very disappointing. Will be returning and see if there is a better model or brand.

UPDATE: June 2024
The 1st Unit was returned and refunded. The company has since gone above and beyond to clarify our concerns and have provided a replacement Unit. The customer service, support and follow-up have been outstanding. The new Unit looks sound and in good form.

For this I have increased the rating to 4 stars, though I would have gone to 4.5 stars.

The underwater test will not be done until next winter when south and doing more snorkelling. So far so good though. We have since purchased a Pelican pouch (waterproof small bag) for the remote and that will cover that piece off.

Will update after the underwater test, when that happens.

This camera is all you need for wherever or whatever the adventure is. With the multitude of attachments you are ready to mount the camera to whatever you need to get the most of the event. Whether you are snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, skin diving….the list goes on… you will not be without the moment captured via still photo or video. It comes with a wrist remote with both still and video function. You can connect the camera to your phone via wi-fi so you have another method control of what you are capturing. See it on your phone screen as it is happening.

Such a wonderful little camera, so compact and waterproof too. You really won’t miss a thing with this camera. For a minor dollar amount there is an accessory kit including a harness and tripod I am considering purchasing. I quite recommend it for your next adventure.
