This product looked promising but turned out to be a huge letdown. The plastic is flimsy and feels cheap, and the board starts to bend under normal body weight. The color-coded system is a nice idea in theory, but in practice the handles don’t lock in securely and feel unstable during use. It actually made my wrists hurt more than helped with form.
Also, the board is not slip-resistant—it slides on hard floors unless you put it on a mat, which defeats the purpose of a “home-friendly” setup. After just a few uses, I lost confidence in its safety. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend.
