When i saw that, i immediately thought “that seems excessive” especially how it’s over 2000 milligrams.
So, i took two instead…
Thirty minutes later, i immediately had an allergic reaction. My lips got so swollen that it looked like i recently got Botox on my lips.
Then my left arm started getting these random bumps.
I immediately started drinking water and milk to dilute the effects.
I’ll try with one pill next time, if that doesn’t work then i can’t personally recommend this item. It’s also concerning that this isn’t FDA approved….
Update::
Took one pill this time and i didn’t get an allergic reaction. But it still felt heavy in my stomach. So, I’d say this: take one after a meal. Drink lots of fluids too. I’m going to take this every other day.
Update 2:::
So, I finished taking the whole bottle after taking one pill a day, everyday. No allergic reactions after that first time. I have to say that one thing that I noticed after a week of consuming it, I had better mental clarity, better focus and felt better overall. Could it be a placebo affect? Who knows but I think it could be from this. I like it and I bought a second bottle and I also raised the scoreo. I’ll do a third update after I finish the second bottle.

I’m just about finished my second bottle of this supplement…I like it bcuz it’s totally organic and in vegan capsules. I take them for my digestion & bloating and I find that they help my body do what it’s supposed to do!! The ingredients are Ceylon cinnamon, Apple Cider Vinegar, turmeric, bioperine and ginseng root. I’ve been only taking 2 per day, but I think I’m going to start taking the recommended 3/day!
