i always like these types of planner to put the main priorities of the day and birthdays. i just the right size for my purse and put the info i need to in it. this can also be used to track appointments, school days, and activity. and example of a use could be to document how symptoms accure for a doctor to evaluate or a mood tracker. or it could be used to track average blood preasure for day. or medication intake. but just for those specific thing say for a doctor or work to plan ahead for school schedule. so great for schduleing and tracking.
