The gloves are a great touch. I haven’t used my Bluetooth to sync up my music. But the no music they have is very 90 mutalcombat music. You don’t have to punch hard and it’s easy to install. It counts up to 999 punches and then restart. I makes a different sound if you hit the wrong light. There are different modes. All-in-all a fun work out.

Par contre je dois avouer que la qualité des hauts parleurs est clairement a un niveau haut parleur a 2$ et il y a 2 cibles qui ont 50% de la sensibilité des autres. J’ai acheté cette machine pour me remettre en forme et ça fonctionne bien. C’est fou à quel point on dépense de l’énergie et à quel point c’est amusant en même temps de faire cela. C’est facile à comprendre et ça s’installe assez bien au mur.

This device offers a fantastic way to sharpen your boxing reflexes and technique. It’s especially useful if you’ve trained before and want to re-engage your muscle memory—your footwork, timing, and body movement all come into play during drills.
Installation was simple. I mounted it on a sturdy board and attached it securely to the wall. Just a heads-up: once the Velcro is in place, it holds incredibly well—almost too well. Removing it could damage drywall, so plan your placement carefully.
My only complaint is the gloves. They feel flimsy and lack proper padding, especially around the knuckles. You’ll likely want to use your own pair for a more comfortable experience.

My only complaint is that one of my pads doesn’t always register a punch and it’s always the top left pad, so I’m sure it’s an issue with the device and not the way I’m hitting it. It’s a bit frustrating and messes with your “flow” but not so big of a deal that I’ll bother taking it off my wall and trying to return it. I’ll just keep it and suck it up.
That said, it’s a fun workout, you can go as fast or as slow as you want, the bluetooth works well (although the volume doesn’t go as high as I’d like). I didn’t feel like I had really “worked” my muscles per se, but the next day I was a bit sore so it obviously did something. I did 10 minutes tonight and my heart rate did get up – not as hard as running or cycling, but it’s exercise and it’s fun so I’ll keep using it.
The sticky back and/or velcro strips it comes with have very strong glue on them so if you mount them directly on your wall you can expect damage when you remove it. Instead I installed a square piece of wood to my studs and attached the velcro to that – that way there’s only 4 small screw holes to fill if I ever take it down, and nothing worse. Keep that in mind.
Overall it’s fun and the price was reasonable. I would have given it 5 stars if I wasn’t having a problem with the top left pad right out of the box.
