After a week of use, and four days after my review, I have downgraded my five-star review to a one-star review. The on/off button no longer works, and when plugged in to charge, it still has significant charge remaining”. I was unable to find product support beyond resolving order and shipping issues through Amazon.

I opened the blower (T6 screwdriver bit) and found that the switch was bent on the circuit board (see photo). I straightened out the switch and used hot glue between the switch and the wiring to provide backing. The switch works better than when it came out of the box.

There are two things I look at when using any compressed air or blower for electronics: (1) There is sufficient air pressure to move dust, and (2) there is insufficient pressure to lift components from a circuit board.

If you do a lot of dusting of electronics, this is a more economical solution than cans of compressed air. Using an air compressor is also preferable, as it avoids the risk of tank rust and moisture accumulation. A good inline filter is necessary to prevent particulate and moisture from reaching electronics.

This is light and highly portable. I have used it to dust out electronics, keyboards, and my wife’s sewing machine. I appreciate the four speed settings. While it can be used for inflatables, I don’t have a use for that at this time.

One thing to be mindful of is the intake for this blower. When blowing out a vacuum filter, the intake to this blower began to clog with debris and dust because I started the blower too close to the filter.

I have to admit that my expectations for this air duster were not very high, and I was fairly skeptical that it would be able to move enough air to be effective. However, I’m happy to report that I was completely wrong, and this little device has an incredible amount of power, even on the lowest setting. Without a nozzle attached, the duster can blow items off my desk from several feet away. With a nozzle, the more focused air stream has a huge amount of force.

In use, the main tradeoff for having such a dense and compact level of air power, is noise. The duster is tolerably noisy at its lowest setting, but becomes irritatingly loud on the medium and high settings. It really screams like a banshee, and it will disturb everyone around you when you use it.

Overall I’m truly impressed with the device and enjoy using it – it really is an incredible little air duster that’s fun to play with. I wish it was a bit quieter, but I’m also willing to accept the noise as a compromise that needs to be made. I think the price is fair for what’s offered.

I use mine primarily for keyboards and my desk, but I find it works to quickly clear out the stationary cups, corners or the desk and those tiny groves around the device screen (between the keyboard and the screen).

It’s compact and powerful. Gets a full charge in less than an hour and has a few tips to choose from.
