I was surprised to find out that the floss was made of plastic instead of the usual white tape. It seems to work the same, but I prefer the white tape. I suppose that is how they can offer them to be less expensive than the ones at the pharmacy.

Le format value pack de 2 x 40 m est super pratique et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande vivement cette soie dentaire à tous ceux qui veulent garder des dents et des gencives saines au quotidien !
No taste of cinnamon but bitter taste –
I have had a prescription for this floss for years. It was a great floss, very effective very smooth and comfortable with the white coating on the floss. However the last three shipments from Amazon have been of an Oral B floss that no longer carries the Pro Health branding. While the packaging claims it is a deep cleaning floss that glides with a minty flavour, it is a translucent hard plastic tape that doesn’t glide at all, gets stuck between teeth and cuts my gums. No more soft white coating, minty flavour or gentle comfort. I had to throw out 12 containers of this crappy floss. Clearly something has gone wrong with Oral B manufacturing and QC

Good balance between softness to not hurt the gums and still tough enough to not break easily.
Able to get easily between teeth and the flexibility allows it to get into the gums to clean.
Best floss that I’ve used and most suitable for me.
