I was so happy to find this mixing attachment to replace one that I’ve lost for my machine. My KitchenAid stand mixer is the hero in the kitchen. I used it almost every day. THIS ATTACHMENT is the most important one and this particular replacement attachment is used almost every day in my kitchen for a couple of years now and still as good as new. It reaches all the edges and bottom of the bowl, very easy to get on and off the machine, and very easy to rinse and clean

Compatible with a 5qt kitchenaid this edge beater is amazing. The added module helps scraping off the ingredients from the sides of the kitchenaid. I bought this right before Christmas and made dozens of cookies with the help of this tool. Super easy to clean too, im amazed by the quality of it.
ATC123 –
If you get one of the KitchenAid mixers you need this accessory. In fact I am not sure why you need to get it separately, since if you are going to make any sort of batter the beater you get with the mixer does not cut it. I suppose it is KitchenAid’s way of keeping a lower price point on the mixer, knowing that you will have to spend another 8 – 10% to buy this beater. So this is rather annoying and why I gave it only a 4 star rating. In terms of how well it works, there is no doubt that this is a great item. It catches all the batter and makes it blend in well. So far we have tried it on various cookie blends and also the topping for apple crisp. Most of these were high in butter and oatmeal and what use to be a chore in the past was done perfectly. The batter/dough does get turned over and nothing gets misses (using it with KitchenAid KSM100PSWH Ultra Power Plus Stand Mixer). You need enough power for stiffer mixtures and this mixer is good in that department.

A pesar de que al inicio tenia mis dudas en comparlo o no cuando lo probe me gusto mucho sirve muy bien cuando tengo que preparar una butterCream por ejemplo, y no tengo que estar retirando la mantequilla de las paredes del tazon.
NOTA: Solo debemos tener en cuenta que tuve que ajustar un poco la batidora con el tornillo, pues cuando lo probe por primera vez, parecia que golpeaba un poco el tazon,encontrando la medida exacta es la mejor ayuda del mundo.
Tambien debes tomar en cuenta el modelo de la batidora que usas y si es compatible, el modelo viene en la guia del producto y en la parte inferior del tazon tambien puedes encontrar una referencia.

I have had my mixer for perhaps 15 years and it’s been good. I used the flex edge beater today and it is fantastic! It brought the mixer up to a new level. No more scraping from the sides or the bottom. I wish i knew about this years ago. Don’t hesitate….buy it….you won’t regret it ! I love it !
