Protein Powder, Salted Caramel, 1.6 pound

Due to many dietary restrictions and living the Keto lifestyle for health reasons, Quest is an absolutely delicious meal replacement. I’m 104 lbs but living Keto as it helps tremendously for my critical gastrointestinal problems.

I have a problem eating protein-laiden foods so with 20 grams per serving Quest is perfect. In addition, those watching carbs Quest is fabulous as it has only 2 Carbs per serving and only 1 gram of sugar. Personally, I add 8 ounces of unsweetened Almond Milk with the 6 ounces of water in order to make a richer tasting but less thick shake, thus for me it is easier to digest (I use 1 and a 1/4 scoops of powder).

The Cookies and Cream is seriously deeeliccciousss!! I drink one shake and I’m good the entire day without any problem. Other times I forego it in the morning and have a shake for my dinner…it is quite filling.

I’ve tried many protein shakes and Quest is by far my favourite.

I gave this a 5 star for value because the price is very good for such a large quantity. I read all the reviews and saw so many people say this is too sweet and yet I wanted to try it as I wanted it to be perfect for me so badly….the carmel flavour is really good however it is TOO SWEET. For a healthy product, I don’t know why they’ve put so much sugar in it. .I had seen a tiktok post from someone who puts this in her coffee every morning and I thought what a perfect idea! I wanted this for my coffee every morning too…25 grams of protein to fill me up…I can’t eat first thing anyway…delecious and nutritious…cut down on breakfast calories….and then don’t eat till noon….it would have been perfect! however it is just too sweet. I’ve tried doing 1/2 a scoop and I still have to cut it with lots of creamer or milk….and it’s still too sweet. I would have loved if this was sugar free and I can add my own stevia to my liking. I’m wondering if it is the type of sugar and what I’m disliking is the aftertaste everyone is talking about. I will keep trying different ways to have this product. In a shake with lots of almond milk? I’ve tried searching for other brands with no sugar, but they all seem to have 1 gram of sugar. Anyway if you have a sweet tooth and enjoy those syrupy sickly sweet style coffee flavours that starbucks and timmys do, or if you like those sickly sweet McDonalds milkshakes…..this stuff is for you!

I do like most flavours from Quest!

J’ai acheté ce produit à la mi-février puisque je voulais essayer de la poudre de protéines pour faire mes shakes avec le moins de sucre possible. J’avais entendu parler de cette marque donc je me suis dit pourquoi pas. Après le premier shake, le soir même j’ai commencé à avoir très mal au ventre, le lendemain les nausées ont commencé, j’avais terriblement mal au coeur avec des bouffées de chaleur et je me sentais très courbaturée. Les symptômes ont duré trois jours. Je me suis dis que c’était soit quelque chose dans la poudre de protéines qui ne passait pas ou que j’avais attrapé un virus autre. Après avoir laissé le produit sur mon comptoir pendant un peu plus de deux semaines j’ai décidé d’essayer à nouveau hier matin et les mêmes symptômes ont refait surface. Je ne suis pas certaine de comprendre si c’est une allergie à un ingrédient, une intolérance ou autre mais clairement il y a quelque chose me rend malade.. À noter que je n’ai pas l’estomac fragile dans la vie de tous les jours que je peux manger n’importe quoi n’importe quand sans problème. Soyez prudent.

I’ve tried a lot of protein powders with a lot of chemically flavors and aftertastes. This one doesn’t have that. I like to mix protein powder with Greek yogurt, and this peanut butter flavor worked really well with that. I love it.

Great taste and good thick consistency.
